At Q Laboratories, we are always looking for ways to improve the client experience while creating more efficient, streamlined processes behind the scenes.
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the client experience and service efficiency, Q Laboratories is preparing for an upgrade to our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and sample submission process in late Q3 to early Q4 of this year. If the project timeline shifts for any reason, the upgrade would be deferred to 2027 to avoid implementation during the holiday season.
This upgrade will introduce Q Connect, our new digital client portal designed to simplify and modernize the way clients submit and manage samples with Q Laboratories.

For many laboratories and quality teams, managing sample submissions through paper forms and manual processes can create unnecessary delays, back-and-forth communication, and administrative complexity.
Q Connect was developed to help simplify that experience.
With Q Connect, clients will have access to a more centralized and user-friendly digital submission process designed to:

Upon launch, Q Connect will become the standard method for sample submissions at Q Laboratories as we transition away from paper-based forms.
